Butchering

Yeah, we got the chance to butcher a couple of feral hogs, it was a good refresher for me. Em and I had a chance to dress one out a few days before.

I finished with an 89 on my validation. Again I was worried that I would even pass. This week is buffet, Pantry chef and today is fruit carving. I am looking forward to shooting our creations.
